Step 4 – Reservation, Deposit, and Contract
Once you approve the proposal, we issue a formal reservation agreement outlining:
- Reserved dates and total estate package investment
- Included services (estate access, private security, ground transportation, etc.)
- Optional add-ons, such as the talented and accomplished private chef
To confirm the booking, a 50% reservation deposit is due. Given the extremely limited availability during World Cup 2026 and the difficulty of re-letting full weeks, this reservation deposit is generally non-refundable once paid. This policy is in line with many luxury villa and private estate practices, especially during peak, event-driven periods where properties often require a 30–50% non-refundable deposit and a strict final payment schedule.
- The remaining 50% balance will be due 90 days prior to arrival.

Step 5 – Payment Methods & Verification
To accommodate global high-net-worth guests and their advisors, we support multiple secure payment options:
- Bank wire transfer (USD)
- Domestic ACH transfer (for US-based accounts)
- Major credit cards, with a 4% processing surcharge for card payments
- Bitcoin or Ethereum, converted at the prevailing USD exchange rate at the time funds are received
All fiat currency payments are made to a verified U.S.-based bank account held by the estate ownership entity, not to individuals.
For guests who prefer to use Bitcoin or Ethereum, we can arrange settlement in blockchain assets by prior agreement. In these cases, we provide dedicated wallet details and a written confirmation of the USD amount, the reference exchange rate, and the timeframe for sending funds. Guests are responsible for any network (gas) fees and for ensuring that the full agreed net amount is received.
Many guests also choose to convert digital assets to U.S. dollars through their own institution (such as a major exchange or private bank) and then remit payment to us via traditional bank wire or ACH. We are comfortable working either way, and will coordinate with your family office, wealth manager, or corporate finance team to ensure a clear, documented process.
